query take a very long time

Hi,
we have 3 sql server 2000 on W2000 running the same databases
on 2 of them a query take 2 or 3 seconds to execute.
on 1 it take over 3 minutes to execute exactly the same query.
we check all the indexes of the databases , they are ok.
It seems not to be a memory problem
any idea to search for the problem
?
